The medical team will be composed of at least one doctor and one nurse on each cruise. These staff will keep up dot date with the latest medical and scientific advice and will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 5 staterooms will be left free at all times in the event isolation is needed.
Should anyone developm Covid-19 related symptoms on baord then they will receive immediate treatment by the medical team as well as isolation in the dedicated isolation staterooms. Coordination and exchange f information will then occur with local shore-side health services and, if the case is confirmed, preparation of care and evacuation to a local facility will be undertaken. Immediate search and isolation of close contacts with diagnostic sampling will be conducted. Complete disinfection of potentially infected areas according to specific protocol will be undertaken.
The health and safety of our guests, employees and the communities we visit are our highest priority. We have implemented the following measures to secure the highest degree of safety on board. Our policies and procedures may be subject to change due to as we monitor the evolving scientific and medical advice.
Prior to Embarkation: Every guest will be subject to an 'Anti-Covid' access protocol. All guests will be required to fill a health questionnaire prior to departure. Temperature measurement will be conducted before boarding and all personal belongings such as luggage will undergo disenfection.
Onboard Protection: For guests wearing a mask will be required outside of staterooms, except during meals or apertifs. For the crew masks will be mandatory at all times and when in contact with guests. There will also be automated temperature checking at each passage through strategic locations (gateways, restaurant entrances etc)
Sanitary Management of Air Circulation: All staterooms have 100% fresh air (no air recirculation). Ventilated air in common areas will be conducted at least 5 times per hour.
Social Distancing: Limited capacity will be employed in all public spaces. The shop will be limited to guests only. 8 guests maximum per zodiac.
