Samba

Overview

Dutch built in 1966 as a luxury private yacht with teak decks, the Samba is now a beautiful cruise boat, converted specifically for Galapagos Island cruises. The Samba accommodates 14 guests, a perfect number to enjoy the magic of the Islands with privacy and flexibility. The ship’s professional, experienced and friendly crew and naturalist guide are devoted to making your journey the trip of a lifetime. The upper deck with an outside dining area and sun protection is ideal for bird and marine life watching. On the main deck, there is an outside area with reading, resting and also eating areas. Inside, there is a dining room with library featuring TV/VCR and stereo. This is where briefings and conference-talks are given and the next day’s activities are planned. The foredeck has enough space for sun bathing and dolphin watching or just relaxing and observing marine life and the beautiful landscape of the islands. The ample and comfortable space on deck makes this boat ideal for nature and photography cruises. Please note that only cash is accepted for extra spending money while on board.
